Hey all, we're back up. See message below:
Dear players,
First of all, we would like to apologize for the approximately 24 hours of downtime you have experienced. There is a severe issue with Eventide eating up the entirety of the server resources, and we have been working diligently to correct the issue. As it stands right now, certain pieces of Eventide's code have been shut down while we monitor the system. If you notice something isn't working, this is most likely the cause. At the moment we have shut down +faction, +sheet, +phase, and the Daily Message/+motd.
We hope to have everything back and running (lag free with any luck) within the next 24-48 hours. In the meantime, we request that you all do @decompile me on yourselves, and copy it to a text, word, or document file so that you do not lose any of the information that is currently on your character. This is a precautionary measure in case something like this happens again, so that a minimal database/server can be set up and you can all continue your RP/plots while we work to fix the issues.
